Daniel Barlow 9306d55c5d replace stop-refresh with two separate buttons 
and show/hide them depending on context.
This means we can get rid of the `r` we were using for
forward references to `webview`

Touchscreen-friendly wrapper around Webkit

TO DO

  • downloads (pass to download manager)
  • support multiple tabs
  • find out if it's going to eat cpu like luakit does
  • some kind of bookmarks/favourites/pinned tabs/memory of visited sites
  • ESC in url bar cancels typing
  • support cookies (may need to save them across sessions?)
  • warning for insecure sites
